A New Perspective in Staging
Loree Houghton launched Limelight Home Staging & Design in 2023, providing clients in the Morgantown area with a full range of home staging services including real estate staging, home decorating, short term rental installation and more.
Houghton has successfully worked on projects ranging from small condos to mansions, providing staging consultations, staging services for occupied, vacant, and short-term rental properties, as well as redesign services for her clients. She earned her Expert Psychological Staging™ certification for home staging professionals and is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association®.
Home staging isn’t a new trend, but it has become more prominent in recent years as Realtors and sellers have come to view it as a profitable and crucial marketing strategy.
