As the owner of Limelight Home Staging & Design, Loree Houghton helps realtors, home sellers, & short term rental owners create spaces that help buyers connect emotionally, leading to faster & more lucrative sales. Loree is part of an elite group of home stagers who specialize in utilizing psychological staging techniques and is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association. She prides herself on being “ridiculously easy to work with” and doing high quality design work.

Loree brings her vast travel experiences (24 countries & counting!), her love of interior design, and her certification in Expert Psychological Training to all her projects. Although Loree is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, she had the good fortune to marry a West Virginian in 1997 and has made the Mountain State her home for the last 17 years. Her husband, Jeff, a professor at WVU, her two teenage sons, and a wire fox terrier named Darby round out her lively, historic home.
